RHET – has 12 countryside initiatives across Scotland, each run by a committee of volunteers with activities organised by a project coordinator. The Lothian branch have kindly returned again to put on a display and this years theme is sheep www.rhet.org.uk

East Lothian Council Countryside Ranger Service – The team is made up of rangers from a variety of background with a good knowledge of East Lothian’s countryside and wildlife. The aims of the ranger service is to help visitors enjoy the East Lothian Countryside and to enhance their experience and to ensure effective management of East Lothian Council’s controlled sites that have a potential for leisure, informal recreation or nature conservation purposes countryside_ranger_service
